The key to any successful landscape project is the weekly maintenance program. Our lawn care programs are designed to customize your lawn’s needs.

Our team of maintenance experts will as indicated prune plant materials, and manicure the lawns on a weekly basis to ensure the best possible look. They also will maintain the watering and irrigation systems for optimum water usage and conservation, and apply fertilizers and chemicals at the proper intervals to ensure proper growth of grass, trees and shrubs.

Maintenance of trees, grass and shrubs is an ongoing weekly process during all four seasons. Different practices and procedures are required during the dry, hot humid seasons compared to the cool, wet and cold seasons. It is important that maintenance continue on a weekly basis to ensure healthy and vigorous plant material and grass.

Our specially trained crews will perform all or some of the following weekly functions as needed:

• Hand pruning of all ornamental plant material
• Ground cover nourishment and weed control
• Pruning of trees and shrubs to establish proper limb structure and growth which is scheduled in accordance with growth and blooming factors.
• Edging to maintain maximum balance and symmetry
• Hand Weeding to nurture desirable plant material and eliminate seed formation and subsequent weed infestation
• Fertilization of plant material and trees for optimal growth and development
• Provide pre-emergent and post-emergent weed and pest protection for all turf areas
• Proper mowing of all turf areas
• Seasonal color and perennials will be designed and installed with owner’s approval for sun and shade areas
• Irrigation Monitoring
  Irrigation systems will be programmed and started up in the spring time and shut off and winterized during the winter season. Irrigation will be monitored according to state and local regulatory watering requirements. Hand watering of all new plant material and flowers in accordance with governmental regulations will be followed.
• Mulch
  Application of pine straw, bark, mini nuggets, cypress mulch, and more appropriate other mulches will be applied to all shrub beds and trees. Bed lines will be trenched and rolled for a smooth, finished appearance.
• Trench Beds to provide design consistency and uniformity
• Turf Areas
  Aerate and overseed with cool weather seasonal turf grass in fall and spring. Aerate and scalping of warm seasonal turfs- Bermuda, Zoysia, Centipede and St. Augustine as appropriate.
